Returns & Refunds.
Kimberley and Co Hair Salon will not exchange or refund products unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased. If your products have been damaged in transit please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. Products must be unopened, unused and undamaged. There will be no refund of postage charges on delivery and return of products.
To be eligible for a refund please contact email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your product/s. In the event of a refund, Kimberley and Co Hair Salon will refund the appropriate amount to the payment method used for the original purchase.
